Air-Pot is a plastic container (HDPE: High Density Polyethylene) recycled and reusable which, thanks to its design, is actively developing the quality of the root system of plants. Air-Pot consists of original walls with cones closed within and open to the outside. The inner cones lead the roots towards the outside open cones where high air density dehydrates the tip or, in other words, the cut.
The porosity of the Air-Pot creates better conditions for bacterial activity
which increases the nutrients available to the plant. Indeed in a classic container entire root mass is found against the wall and is more sensitive to climatic conditions. Ability to store plants at least 2 times longer in the same container.

Made of recycled HDPE (High Density Polyethylene ), Air-Pot is circular in shape, with a perforated 3D wall, like a box of egg. It does not have a flat surface to deform the roots and start the bunting. In Australia growth times for some species have been reduced by about half. In the UK ongoing trials show a significant reduction in growth times.


Use Air-Pots indoors. Air-Pots can be used with or without a base. Ideally, when using Air-Pots without a base one should use the Superoots Fielder fabric under the root ball. It is also possible to use plastic film or treated above-ground fabric. The Air-Pot container must be assembled so that the perforated cones point outwards. So the closed cones inside force the roots to go to the air holes at the end of the root.

Containers can be manufactured in any diameter and heights, it is the container that adapts to the root ball and not the other way around. Roots that grow laterally are constantly surrounded, rooting down is not a problem. The root structure of plants grown in Air-Pot allows to move the plants after two months without risk of losing the substrate and deform the root ball.
